Based in Castiglione Falletto, the Vietti family produces a range of highly regarded Barolo wines as well as a number of other typical local wines from around the Langhe and the Roero areas of Piedmont.
GD Vajra is one of the names to follow in Piedmont at the moment. Dolcetto in particular is a variety the winery excels at, but the company is perhaps best known for their range of Barolo wines from cru sites such as Bricco delle Viole and Coste di Rose.
