Description

100% Syrah produced from the estate’s oldest vines. It comes from a small one hectare plot of clay and limestone soils. Fermented in wooden tanks, with extraction resulting from punching the cap and a light pumping over throughout a five week maceration. It then typically spends sixteen months in new French oak.
