Tenuta Dettori is one of Sardinia’s key biodynamic producers. Based in Badde Nigolosu in the province of Sennori, Dettori is producing some of the most exciting expressions of Monica di Sardegna on the island, as well as the little known, indigenous variety of Pascale.
