Greco Moro is an extremely rare Italian grape variety grown in Lazio. It is not officially entered into Italy’s national registry. Only Marco Carpineti seems to make an example of interest.
Marco Carpineti produces organic wine on the slopes of the Lepini Mountains, close to the town of Cori, around 55km south of Rome. Farming 41 hectares of vineyard, the company is known for interesting local varieties such as Bellone and Greco Moro.
