The Confuron family have been vignerons since the seventeenth century and are strongly associated with their historical contribution in identifying top massal selections, and even have a clone of the noble Pinot Noir in their name: Pinot Confuron. Today, Yves Confuron manages the estate with the help of his oenologist brother Jack. Together they produce a number of Burgundy’s village wines alongside premium Grand Cru wines such as Clos de Vougeot and Échezeaux.
