Château Bellefont Belcier commands a prestigious position on Saint-Emilion’s south-facing slopes, neighbouring Château Pavie, Château Larcis-Ducasse and Château Tertre Roteboeuf.
The vineyard extends over 13.5 undivided hectares. The plot can be divided intro three distinct areas; the southern slope is characterised by clay and limestone, while the flatter plateau is made up of limestone, and the the remaining areas are made of sandy clay. Around 72% is planted with Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon with average age of 35 years.
