Breede River Valley WO

The Breede River Valley is one of the principal regions within the Wine of Origin system and lies within the Western Cape geographical unit. Centred on the fertile Breede River basin, the region is known for its warm climate, wide valley floors and extensive irrigated vineyards. It is one of the largest sources of wine grapes in South Africa, producing both large volumes of everyday wines and a growing number of quality focused bottlings.
