“Elegant, savoury nose. Tertiary notes of brioche, peach melba and hazelnut combine alongside faint green apple to produce a traditional vintage Champagne. Well balanced and very polished in the mouth, boasting more than a decade of positive oxidisation. Attractive mellow texture and gentle evolved mousse, finishing with faint citrus. A very impressive wine.”
