Brachetto d’Acqui is an aromatic red skinned variety grown in Piedmont. It finds its best expression in the Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG where its appears slightly sweet but always perfumed. It can also be found as a mono-varietal in the region’s Piemonte DOC.
Marenco is one of the great producers of Strevi, the little known sweet wine produced in Piedmont from the Moscato Bianco grape. The winery is also well known for their excellent Brachetto d’Aqui and in more recent years, the Albarossa grape.
