Blauburgunder

Blauburgunder is one of the most popular red grape varieties in Austria. It is more commonly known as Pinot Noir. It is capable of providing a broad range of different styles and is quite capable of expressing different terroir, for example in the warm climate that surrounds Neusiedlersee where it delivers a riper, fruit driven style.

Synonyms: Pinot Nero, Pinot Noir, Spätburgunder
