Constantia

Constantia boasts a long and distinguished reputation with its winemaking history dating back to 1685. It was once famed for the sweet wine Vin de Constance, a dried Muscat based wine popular all over the world. Today, the vineyards occupy the eastern slops of the Constantiaberg mountain with Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc.

Durbanville

Durbanville is one of the wine producing wards of Cape Town and home to some excellent wines from Sauvignon Blanc. Incorporating the northern suburbs of Cape Town, it is generally a dryer and warmer area than nearby Constantia but this is often mitigated by cooling breezes from False Bay.
