Auxey-Duresses AOC is one of the red and white wine villages of the Côte de Beaune. Around a third of its Pinot Noir production is classified as Premier Cru. Auxey-Duresses is often in high demand in hot vintages given the area’s relative coolness against other appellations of the Côte de Beaune.
