Floral white grape variety found in central Italy, particularly near the Adriatic coast. It is sometimes known as Bianchello, where it is famed for its role in the Bianchello del Metauro DOC in Le Marche.

Three generations of the Fiorini family have overseen this winemaking estate nestled in the rolling hills of Le Marche and the Metauro river valley. Today Carla Fiorini is in charge of 100 hectares, 45 of which are planted to vineyard where an organic farming philosophy contributes to unique and interesting wines from the Bianchello del Metauro appellation.
