Les Preuses finds itself on the northern end of Chablis’ famous Grand Cru slope. This particular climat tends to produce wines that are rich and full as opposed to the more delicate, elegant and mineral-driven wines that come from Grand Cru sites such as Blanchots and Grenouilles.
