Kitterlé wines

Kitterlé is a dramatic, terraced Grand Cru vineyard located on the steep slopes above Guebwiller, with a rare triad of exposures, south, southeast, and southwest, and soils composed of pink sandstone with volcanic and limestone elements. This complexity yields bold, structured wines, particularly from Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer, that balance richness with sharp mineral tension. Kitterlé wines are intense and long-lived, often marked by vivid fruit, spice, and a deep, stony core that unfolds over time.
