Saering is a Grand Cru vineyard located just northeast of Guebwiller, with east-facing slopes and soils composed of limestone, marl, and sandstone that offer excellent drainage and a cooler mesoclimate. The site is particularly well suited to Riesling, which here produces wines of finesse, purity, and saline minerality, often with citrus, white flower, and herbal nuances.
