Sommerberg wines

Sommerberg is a steep, terraced Grand Cru vineyard located above the village of Niedermorschwihr, with a full south-facing exposure and granitic soils that provide excellent drainage and heat retention. The site excels with Riesling, producing wines of intensity, precision, and tension, often marked by citrus, floral notes, and a distinctive mineral drive. Sommerberg wines are vibrant and structured, with great ageing potential and a clear expression of their steep, sunlit terroir.
