Spiegel wines

Spiegel is a southeast-facing Grand Cru vineyard situated between the villages of Bergholtz and Guebwiller, with marl and sandstone soils that retain moisture and promote slow, even ripening. The site produces well-structured, balanced wines, particularly from Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Riesling, that combine ripe fruit, floral lift, and a subtle mineral thread. Spiegel wines tend to be elegant and harmonious, showing both immediate charm and the potential to evolve with age.
