Portinari's 'Ronchetto' is made exclusively from fruit grown in the Brognoligo UGA. The vineyard is located at about 150m and fruit is trained using the traditional Pergola Veronese. Historically it was produced using the Soave DOC but in 2016 Maria Portinari and her family decided to release the wine using the Soave Superiore DOCG. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with around six months of tank maturation in contact with the lees.
