Château Malescot St. Exupéry;s Margaux is produced from 24 hectares of vineyard with average age of 35 years. Manual harvesting takes place, before a classical vinification in stainless steel and concrete vats, with regular pumping over. It's usually aged between 14 and 16 months in new barrels and in contact with its lees. Regular stirring, but no fining or filtration.
