Château Troplong Mondot is one of the top wines in Saint-Émilion AOC and is classified as a Premier Grand Cru Classé B. wine. Merlot, Cabernet France and Cabernet Sauvignon are cultivated on a clay-limestone plateau to the east of the village. Traditional racking takes place. 2021 marks the first vintage produced in the new cellars.
