Traditional method Barolo incorporating a long maceration and natural fermentation without added yeasts for 40 days in stainless steel tanks. It then spends six months in stainless steel tanks, 30 months in large Slavonian oak casks (35-50 hl) and a additional maturation in the bottle before release.
