Les Sources du Château de La Rivière is the estate's second wine, made from vines situated on the limestone plateau and on the slope (limestone & clay). This wine is generally a blend of 90% [Merlot](/grape/merlot) and 10% [Cabernet Sauvignon](/grape/cabernet-sauvignon) picked in the best condition, sorted before and after de-stemming. The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks which are filled by gravity.
