Joseph Perrier's Cuvée Josephine comes from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Vertus, Chouilly, Cumières, Mailly and Le Mesnil sur Oger. It is aged in bottle for a minimum of six years. The riddling is done manually on pupitres.
