Description

The traditional grapes of the Valpolicella are cultivated using the Pergola Veronese training method in Cavreghe in Torbe - Negrar, located at 400 meters above sea level. Southeast facing. Mesal spends around 36 months in 500 litre casks. With only around 3500 bottles a year produced, this is another of Terre di Pietra’s low production wines.
