Description

Guyot trained Cilegiolo is taken from the estate’s vineyards in Sovana and Pitigliano. The Pitigliano plot was planted in the 1960’s while in Sovana the vines range from between 1995 and 2003. Vine density ranges from 3000 to 4500 plants per hectare. Hand harvest with selection. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
