The Gran Cuvée is Popov’s key red wine. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Vranec grown in the Sopot area of the Tikveš region. It receives a micro fermentation in stainless steel tanks with plenty of pumping over. There is a prolonged contact with the skins for a deep extraction before a 30 month stay in Macedonian and French Barriques.
