Description

Serpico is one of the leading red wines of Southern Italy. Produced from Aglianico cultivated in the estate’s “Dal Re” vineyard in the heart of Taurasi, it is a wine capable of agening and improving for many years. Carefully selected and sorted fruit is taken from old vines before fermentation in stainless steel. Maceration for a period of between three and four weeks. Maturation for at least 18 months in barrique.
