Cervaro della Sala is one of the great white wines of the Antinori portfolio of estates. Produced just outside the town of Orvieto, close to the Tuscan border, this is an expression of Chardonnay in constant evolution. With the ultimate goal of elegance and finesse that speaks of both its vineyards and its relationship with new oak, the wine utilises a small amount of Grechetto di Orvieto in a nod to the Antinori family’s long standing connections to the area.
