Alsace - Grand Cru Wines

Many of the best wines in Alsace are classified according to the region’s Grand Cru system. With a focus on the individual microclimates of various slopes of the sub-Vosgian hills, these 51 historic parcels showcase the subtle differences of site and their impact on the key varieties of the region - Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Only in Zotzenberg does Sylvaner qualify for Grand Cru status.
