Sviri is a PDO classified wine in the Georgian region of Imereti. It has been producing appellation wine since 1962 from three villages - Pirveli (meaning ‘first’ Sviri), Meore (‘second’ Sviri) and Rodinauli. It allows three different white grapes Tsolikauri, Tsitska, Krakhuna, to make a rich citrus flavoured white with high acidity.
