Minervois is a small appellation in the heart of the Languedoc region, producing red wines from a range of varieties such as Carignan, Grenache, Lledoner Pelut and Mourvedre. White wines are made from Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne, Maccabeu, Bourboulenc, Rolle, Clairette Blanche and Muscat.
