Crémant de Limoux AOC

Crémant de Limoux is a sparkling wine appellation for white wines made from Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc (maximum 90%) as well as small amounts of Pinot Noir and Mauzac (maximum 40%, with a maximum 20% Mauzac). It is made in the Limoux area in the eastern foothills of the Pyrénées, south of the city of Carcassonne.
