Agter-Paarl WO

Agter Paarl is an inland ward within the Paarl of the Coastal Region under the Wine of Origin system. The area is defined by a warm, dry climate and rolling hills of granite and shale, with many vineyards dry farmed and planted to old bush vines. It is particularly associated with Chenin Blanc and Mediterranean varieties, producing wines that combine ripe fruit with structure and texture.
