Springfontein Rim WO

Springfontein Rim is a ward within the Walker Bay of the Cape South Coast under the Wine of Origin system. Located near the southern edge of Walker Bay close to Stanford, the ward is defined by limestone rich soils and strong maritime influence from the nearby Atlantic Ocean. These conditions favour varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, producing wines known for freshness, structure and mineral character.
