Saint-Bris AOC

Saint-Bris AOC is a relatively small appellation located in the Burgundy region of France. It is known for producing white wines made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is one of the few regions in Burgundy to produce white wines exclusively. The vineyards of Saint-Bris are located on a hillside and the soils are rich in fossil deposits, giving the wines a unique minerality. The wines are generally crisp, fresh, and aromatic, with characteristic flavours of citrus and green apple.
