Chablis AOC

Chablis is one of the great Chardonnay appellations of the world. Located just to the north of Burgundy, although always referenced as part of Burgundy, Chablis sets the bar for cool, marginal climate Chardonnay. There are seven Grand Cru sites, and forty Premier Cru sites.
