Nova Zagora

The Nova Zagora wine region is located in southeastern Bulgaria and is known for its high-quality wine production. The region has a long history of wine-making, dating back to the ancient Thracians, and today, the vineyards of Nova Zagora produce a variety of wine styles, including red, white, and rosé wines. Although international varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are planted here, local grapes such as Mavrud and Rubin can also be found.
