The Rose Valley is found in the centre of Bulgaria and is home to a number of good quality red wines. Generally they are made with International varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, but there is a growing number of good wines from local grapes such as Mavrud, Rubin and Gamza.
