Bosnia-Herzegovina

Bosnia-Herzegovina’s wine industry is primarily focussed in the south of the country, around the towns of Citluk, Caoljina, Stolac and Mostar. Around 6000 hectares are planted with the local and indigenous Žilavka grape, the red skinned Blatina and a stable of the usual international varieties.
