Soave DOC "La Capelina" by Cantina Franchetto

Produced in the village of Terrossa di Roncà, Franchetto's La Capellina utilises vines of almost 40 years old. Planted in clay basaltic soils. The grapes are destemmed and crushed. Soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures Generally it is bottled in February after the vintage.
